On October 24,
2001 musicians attending a concert at the City Church discovered
Mr. Sushnik's body. He was on the floor at the back of an
old church bus in a state of decomposition. There was no
evidence of a struggle. Investigators found trace amounts of
blood located on nearby seats and windows. the victim had
blunt force lacerations on his head with skull fractures.
The lacerations appear to have been caused by some sort of edged
tool or even a smaller masonry type hammer. If you
