On February 23rd, 2003 the body of Mr. Ogans was found in a ditch in the 10300 block of S. Portland.  He died as a result of stab wounds.  At the time of his death he was living alone in the Will Rogers Courts Housing Project.  It is suspected Mr. Ogans death may have been drug related.
