On September 12,
2002 Mr. Gonzales (AKA Sergio Lozano) was at the Oklahoma State
Fair when he became involved in an altercation in the Midway area
near the O'Brien's tent. A fight ensued involving several
people during which time the victim's throat was cut. The
victim died later at University Hospital. The victim was a
known gang member who was with several associates at the time of
the incident. None provided any useful information in the
investigation. If you have any information concerning this
