On April 28, 2006
Mr. Frazier was involved in a disturbance at the Lamplighter Club
located at 8139 N.W. 10th Street. During the disturbance
several gunshots were fired. Three people were shot, one
being Mr. Frazier who died as a result of his injury.
Several witnesses left the scene prior to police arriving.
Investigators know there are additional witnesses to the incident
that need to be located and interviewed that may help solve this
