On April 23, 2005 Cory Fantroy, a known gang member, was shot as he entered a residence in the 1000 block of N.E. 18th Street.  Mr. Fantroy was there because a female who resided at this location braided hair.  It was well known that several different gang members from different gangs frequented this location to get hair braided.  Several people have been identified as being in the house at the time of the shooting, however no one has identified a suspect in this case.  Early in the investigation detectives received information of a possible suspect who was a rival gang member, however that information has not revealed the suspect.  If you have any information concerning this case, contact the Oklahoma City Police Homicide Unit at the number below.
