On May 1, 2005 at approximately 1:40 p.m., Mr. Ervin's body was found in a pool of blood.  He was apparently shot to death at the car wash at N.E. 16th and Bryant in Northeast Oklahoma City.  Investigators have no descriptive information on the suspects or possible suspect vehicle at present.  Investigators believe the murder may be drug or gang related.  If you have any information concerning this case, contact the Oklahoma City Police Homicide Unit at the number below.
