On June 25, 2006
Mr. Botello was riding as the front seat passenger in a SUV with
several other people in the 1300 to 1400 block of S. I-44 when he
was shot and killed by somebody in another vehicle.
Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a dark colored,
possibly green Honda style vehicle. The occupants of the
suspect vehicle pulled their vehicle up next to the victim's
vehicle and started firing shots for reasons unknown. If
