Completion and advancement through the application process is based

following instructions carefully when completing the forms to
initiate the application process.

Read and understand the job
description for Police Officer.

Read and understand the steps in the
application process.
3)
The completed application for police
officer must be witnessed and notarized. A notary is
available at the recruiting office. A notary from any state is
acceptable.
4)
Complete the release and waiver
form.
5)
Read and sign the information provided
about domestic violence.
(must be witnessed)
6)
Obtain a photocopy of your current,
valid state’s driver’s license.
7)
Fill out the applicant questionnaire.
Be sure to sign and date it and fill in every blank.
8)
Seal the following in the self
addressed envelope provided:
