John Scully
The Special Investigations Division  is commanded by Major John Scully and consists of the  Special Projects Unit and the Criminal Intelligence Unit.  These units investigate various criminal activity that does not fall under the Investigations Bureau.  The units also assist other local and federal law enforcement agencies.  The Special Investigations Division includes the following details.
